[Policy] 5. Responding to email communication

5.1. When needed, the Chatterbox Coach Community Team will correspond with you via community@chatterbox.io. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have set @chatterbox.io as a trusted domain with your email provider for your personal email email account.

5.2. As a Chatterbox Coach, you commit to responding to all digital correspondence from any member of the Chatterbox team (that requires a response) within 2 regular business days of receipt:

  • This excludes any blocked non-work time (‘time off’)

Note: a failure to respond to any digital communication sent by the Chatterbox team that requires a response may result in you being deemed inactive for coaching purposes, and having any future Live Practice bookings temporarily, or even permanently, reassigned to a replacement Coach.

5.3. As a Chatterbox Coach, any questions or queries that you may have regarding the discharge of contracted services and related obligations will be directed to community@chatterbox.io in a timely manner. All communication made to community@chatterbox.io will be responded to within 2 regular business days of receipt.
