At Chatterbox, we understand that language learning can sometimes feel like a challenging and solitary journey. That’s why our unique human-in-the-loop model combines three teams of people dedicated to your success: your Language Coach, our support team and your personal Language Helper. All three are an integral part of our pedagogy.
Who is the Language Helper?
Your Language Helper is a qualified linguist who is an expert in the language that you are learning. In other words, they love those tricky grammar questions! Their role is to assist you with any language-related questions you may have. Whether you're wondering how to write a work email, need help with a particular grammar rule, or simply want some good film suggestions for further immersion, our Language Helpers are here to support you every step of the way. With their expert knowledge and personalised support, you'll never feel alone in your language learning journey.
